Yep...they are pretty easy to care for! And they are perennials, so they die back in winter but return every year.
The ones that are not hardy to this area -meaning that our winter is too cold for certain plants- I grow them in pots and then store in my garage.

I check up on them regularly, but since I have a drip/irrigation system installed, they get watered automatically at pre-set times every other day or I'll just program an irrigation zone to get watered more often if those specific plants require more water. So, once plants are in the ground, they are pretty maintenance free.
