TADAIMA! (Translation: I'm back!)

Yes, the Nakorian one hath returned to the table of a circular nature.

Vacation went very well. :) The fishing had its (very) dry days, but overall we came out right where we usually do. We've got enough to put together the annual BBQ that usually follows the annual fishing vacation.

We got a nice spot too. It had a little enclosed section off the side that was both surrounded and covered in trees -- almost like a natural closet -- that was a good ten degrees lower than anywhere nearby. (I guess for Americans that would be more like twenty degrees cooler, or something.)

We also had some friendly ducks at the shore that were rather amusing. It's a bird reserve, so they are a bit bolder than totally wild ducks might be, though still rather cautious. Other local bird life included the usual -- loons, geese, a few chickadees, magpie (:x), robin, blackbirds, and one type of bird I don't actually know the name of -- about the size of a small starling, but all gray, and makes a call something like "Hewey" oddly enough.

Several minor stories I can probably come up with throughout the trip, but for now I'll leave it there. At the very least I need to catch up with things around here.

Welcome back, Sir Nakor! You were certainly missed around here!

Did you check yourself for ticks upon your return?

Glad to hear that you had a fun trip! :bouncy:

 Yep. But there basically aren't ticks in that area anyway. There probably are if you leave the camp area, but the camp area itself isn't really wooded enough for them.

Was it not chaotic enough in my absense? :looney:

 Yeah, I noticed that. :) It was one of the first threads I decided to go back and check on. I also see that Wario failed at starting an uprising. :p

Thanks 80s Fanatic. (Yeah, I totally need to find a nickname for you. >_> Hmmm . . .)

There wasn't a chance to start an uprising. :p

Oh, sure there was. You even had a whole army of cheez gnomes at your disposal. All you had to do was gather 'em up and attack. :p
