Biggest cold ever
Biggest cold ever
It's horrible. Every year I think: this time they won't get me. But....there it is. no sleep, fever, a nose so clogged I can barely breathe. And I get even more stupid. I take paracetamol to ease it all a little, but I usually just put it in my mouth and then add some water to disolve it a bit. But I forgot I can't breathe through my nose. So I choke and spit it all out. So my pain stays AND I have to clean it all up. WONDERFULL! My oldest has so much snot that I wonder if he has anything else inside his body -like...blood- and the baby is crying constantly. Chris is in NY so no help there, my parents are in Spain and my twin is in the UK and my other bro and sis are also sick.

Re: Biggest cold ever
Hmm... I think you need to cryogenically freeze your entire household temporarily until your husband gets back and can help you with this.

Re: Biggest cold ever
Sorry about all that, Bel.
I know how you feel when it comes to colds. They are nasty.

Re: Biggest cold ever
He got back two days ago...just as we were all getting better. I smell a conspiracy. We get sick, OH HE'S GONE, we get better, HEYY I'M HOME! Grrr....
Nah, that's not true at all. Still.. Grr!!
Nio killed the dishwasher today -he pushed some buttons, stuck a full juicecarton in it and some toys, the thing went haywire- . It was a sad moment....lots of water trickled along the floor. We've all said farewell to the dishwasher, he had a nice funeral.

Re: Biggest cold ever
I think you need a childproof dishwasher to replace your dead one. Also, Nio is apparently on a quest to see what his total destruction capacity is at the moment, so you'd better put the fridge and your other appliances on high alert.

Ouch! I see that your ability to damage
electronic goods have graduated to
your offspring as well (laughs)!
Only kidding, but it is good
to hear that you're feeli-
ng better now and th-
at Chris has retur-
ned. Childproof
items are a n-
ecessity, B-
el. Eithe-
r that
or
an e-

eave behind yo-
ur head. Children a-
re good for being whe-
re you least expect it whe-
n you least expect them to be.
In other words, when things are q-
uiet and going well, something's wro-
ng (laughs). Really! I think her home ne-
eds to be on high alert, Frong. Herself also!

Oh no!
Make sure he doesn't stick dish soap in the dishwasher soap compartment...or you'll be in SUD city for a day!

Re: Biggest cold ever
The amount of things he can destroy in literally seconds is insane! But we should encourage him! He might come upon things we WANT destroyed!!! -that is so idle hope it's not funny, he leaves things that don't matter alone the little....uh...little..tyke?
I thought I had a lot childproof, but I was wrong. He already got to the fridge. I should come and read here more often so I know what to expect. WAIT A MINUTE!!!!! Every time Frong warns about something Nio has his hands on it!!!! SO fess up Frogboy! And...what's next..? Please don't let it be my new car....
