Once a game has you hooked, I'll bet it don't take much to keep ya grounded... I bet Oblivion did such :evilx:

Got the Sonic Genesis Collection today and played a bunch of that... pretty fun old school collection!

I was playing Rock Band in the living room as Dad was having a few beers in the kitchen with Mom. He had me playing, "Spirit In The Sky" over and over. It reminded him of his Army Airborne days. He reminisced while I was determined to get a 100%. I only kept getting 98%. :hissy: Then, I had to keep playing, "Eye Of The Tiger" because Rocky is one of his favorite movies. 98% there as well. :twitch:

My...my...fingers.

Spirit in the Sky would've driven me INSANE to have to play constantly :uhoh: I know well the sore hands deal though.... more my wrist for the way I press my thumb against the back of the neck while playing. I'll tell ya though... ya think it's bad now, ya should see how it is on hard when ya gotta keep shifting your whole hand and stretching for double notes of green and blue or red and orange  You'll get it though with practice ;)

Have ya gotten to any of the crazy songs yet like 'Peace Sells' by Megadeth? :mwaha:

Whoa! Poor Masa-fingers! Let us hope that this is
not a daily practice or you may not enjoy your
next sessions on the title (laughs). Tis gr-
eat that your Dad was able to appreci-
ate your playing via the music and
the fond memories that accom-
panied them. In time, I am
sure you'll get 100%, esp-
ecially if your Dad ha-
s anything to say a-
bout it (laughs)!
I'm going to t-

Here is the CD soundtrack that accompanied Endless Frontier (thanks to pre-purchasing).

This is Nanobreaker! This game was conceived by the producers of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence and it's sequel, Curse of Darkness. Nanobreaker plays similarly in style not to mention presentation. The cut-scenes are done well considering it was a new IP for the time and it features multiple modes of play outside of the main game. I feel bad that I missed out on this for the time. :bonk:

Back into Fallout 3 again with the coming of 'Broken Steel'! Though I haven't gotten full on into that set of quests just yet... right now I'm leveling my character a bit... get to the 30 mark and then on my other save that isn't glitched, I'll play through the actual quests. Gives me an excuse to go back now and try and get the ultimate weapons! :gamer:

Nothing prepares like preparation (laughs)! Tis good
that you're getting ready for Broken Steel. It sh-
ould be out by now. As for myself, I've been
in portable mode playing Super Robot Ta-
isen Original Generation Saga: Endle-
ss Frontier (whew!) as well as Dyn-
asty Warrior: Strikeforce. Just
leveling up in both. In fact,
I have not gotten past t-
he first area in both
games thanks to
my leveling u-
p addictio-
n (laug-
hs)!

S-
till h-
opeful a-
m I that ge-
tting into Fallo-
ut 3 and Rock Ban-
d will be eventual for
me, but probably not be-
fore Bionic Commando is r-
elesed though. Unless I start t-
oday and play continuously until t-
hen perhaps. Pondering this develop-
ment with intense indecisiveness now!!

You're hopeless  You still gotta do Fable 2, too!! You're missing out on some great gaming experiences dilly dallying with them handhelds :hammer:

Just finished Broken Steel and once again completed my achievement conquest of that game today :gamer: Definitely the best expansion of the bunch.... very major battle at the end that required a TON of stimpacks to get through. The addition of expanding the experience cap from 20 to 30 was another great touch. Finally was about to just about max my character out on all the best attributes. Also got around to finishing Puzzle Quest on live arcade after quitting the final Boss in frustration ages ago

So now I'm more than ready for Bionic Commando in a couple weeks!

At this rate, I am hopeless (laughs)! But there are
a few home repair chores that need to be ten-
ded to, so once they're taken care of and
a few financial issues are addressed,
I should be back to my "normal" g-
aming habits. Still with the ha-
ndhelds, but I did manage t-
o get into the Ultimate S-
onic Collection for a b-
it and finally renew-
ed my X-box Liv-
e account. I j-
ust have t-
o make
use o-
f it.

C-
ongr-
atulatio-
ns on your C-
ompletion of Br-
oken Steel! Is it as
epic as that final battl-
e in Oblivion's Knights of t-
he Nine expansion? I'll get int-
o Fallout 3, but at this rate, not
before obtaining Bionic Commando.

Ya know, I never got around to going through the Knights of the Nine. I downloaded it, but at the time, there were so many games coming out, I put it to the side and never went back! They should've put achievements on that   But Fallout 3's was quite good... FAR better than the original ending of the game.

And can't blame ya jumping into the Genesis collection first... that is a fun one! Especially where it includes the arcade versions of Altered Beast and Shinobi. Only game that annoyed the living hell outta me is the Dr. Robotnick one... only achievement I didn't get and probably won't as the end is INSANE!! :gamer:

So today I played through and completed the 'Visions of the Future' DLC for Fable 2 which was more fun than Knothole Island, but just as short.

Never played Knights of the Nine? You are denying yourself one
of the better (if not best) efforts released as DLC for Obliv-
ion that excels both in gameplay and narrative (not to m-
ention the epic ending). I do hope that one day, you a-
re able to try it out, Roemelllo. The Sonic Ultimate
Collection is a worthy purchase, though there w-
ere some games that I thought should have b-
een included here... but it's ok. I jumped s-
traight into the Streets of Rage series fo-
r some classic beat-em-up action. I'm n-
ot as good in Columns as I used to be
though (laughs). I too was tempted
to get Devil Summoner 2, Masa!!
However, with Bionic Comman-
do 2 and Punch Out being rel-
eased tomorrow, I had to r-
esist temptation. Not on-
ly that, but the week a-
fter is Infamous and
then the next wee-
k after that is Re-
d Faction, so I'll
be suffering i-
n the next f-
ew week (l-

am still

Initially, I was going to avoid this when
I learned there was only a single ne-
w character and that the old ch-
aracters had similar if not t-

Therefore, I no longer like you until I obtain it.
