Even though I already owned

The Legendary Edition: Notice how many games it takes to rival its size?
Image

It comes with: A Spartan Mjolnir Mark VI helmet case (which is larger than I thought, but cannot fit a head of any type thanks to the mounting hole, a mount (the object on the right), a disc containing all of the CGI from the previous two Halo titles (lower right), and the actual game (lower left). The outermost box is really a poster, though the image can only be viewed when this box is inverted.

Victorious Boxers: Revolution was difficult to find surprisingly,
however, Growlanser and Syphon Filter were easy to loca-
te... odd. VB will definitely envoke perspirating since
every swing you produce actualizes on screen, as
does dodging... so expect to get wet (laugh-
s)! I may not even open Growlanser sinc-
e it was purchase strictly for collecti-
on purposes, and Syphon Filter i-
s a wide improvement over i-
ts predecessor, Dark Mirr-
or thanks to a better o-
nline mode and mor-
e refined gamepl-
ay and abiliti-
es not to m-
ention th-

What a promotion! I invested in an HD-DVD player for
my 360 and as a result thanks to Best Buy, I was a-
ble to get a number of free movies and more v-
ia mail upon sending in a copy of my receip-
t which I plan on mailing tomorrow if all
goes well. Even though I am viewing
the movies via 1080i, the details
are astoundingly clear, especi-
ally when compared to the
DVD versions. And so t-
he HD-DVD collectio-
n begins. There a-
re a few more t-
hat hope to o-
btain for t-
he holid-
ay act-
uall-
y.

And an HD-DVD remote...

Hot Fuzz and Hustle & Flow were obtained at the Digital Life convention (free) while 300 and A Scanner Darkly were also free but part of the HD-DVD promotion (and movies I really wanted in DVD, but good thing I waited). King Kong was bundled with the HD-DVD player. Transformers was purchased separately.

Image

Freedom 1 and 2 are both anime episodes and were also obtained at the Digital Life convention...

Image

Heroes season 1 was also part of the promotion and was free as well...

Heroes is an American science fiction drama television series created by Tim Kring. It premiered on NBC on September 25, 2006. The show tells the story of several people who "thought they were like everyone else... until they realized they have incredible abilities." These people soon realize they have a role in preventing a catastrophe and saving mankind.[1] The series emulates the style of American comic books in aesthetic as well as storytelling (i.e. short, multi-episode story arcs that build upon a larger, more encompassing arc). Kring said "we have talked about where the show goes up to five seasons."[2]

When the series premiered in the United States, it was the night's most-watched program among adults aged 18-49, attracting 14.3 million viewers overall and receiving the highest rating for any NBC drama premiere in five years.[3] The second season of Heroes will consist of 24 episodes,[4] and the first season of a new spinoff, Heroes: Origins, will include six episodes.[5] The second season premiered on September 24, 2007[6] with Heroes: Origins expected to air in April and May of 2008.

Another fact about the story is that
the characters siding is not reve-
aled, so who seems to be acti-
ng on the side of good very
well may not be. Becaus-
e of this, nothing is e-
xactly how is seems

And thank you, Ingrid! Much more
enjoyable HD-DVD is to watch,
even in 1080i since the d-
etail is impressive to
say the least, as
are the addi-

Even though I declined to purchase Canan
the game, I was able to get the figu-
re! The game is a decent one, b-
ut has little to no replayabili-
ty, so maybe when the pr-
ice drops, I may inve-
st in it later. Ther-
e are too many
other titles
I want t-
hat o-
ut
now
and oth-
ers which w-
ill appear in the
next few weeks eve-
n! Anyway, here is Conan!

I neglected to mention that upon
purchasing Castlevania: The
Dracula X Chronicles, I w-
as able to obtain a 2-
D Simon Belmont
character! It's
actually Si-
mon Be-
lmo-
nt from
Castlevani-
a II, or at leas-
t his coloring wou-
ld indicate this, beca-
use the original SB was b-
rown and tan in color. Still a
nice addition to my collection!!

When I purchased Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, this 2D Simon Belmont character was issued free with my investment...

Here's Mr. Dracula slayer himself! Did you know he was called Simon Belmondo in the original Castlevania?

No quite 2D from this perspective...
