I love how Migiowl's tail isn't as long as Star's yet. It's not quite stubbity anymore, but kitten + short tail = ze cute. I also love the pic where she's looking out from the cat condo window at you. It's like "Oi! Where eez mah PRIVACEE, eh?!?"

Those eyes are incredible. She sure looks to be feeling comfortable in her new surroundings too.

Quality images of Mini-Owl, Ingrid and yes, those eyes are indeed an
interesting hue... so is the coating. Has Star behaved differe-
ntly after learning that Mini-Owl's scent is on you at all?
I am certain Star misses the photo-time that she
had exclusively before the new arrival thou-
gh (laughs). Is Mini a playful one? It a-

Well, Resident Owl has been guarding the entrance to Mini Owl's door. Each night she'd be sticking her paw under the door. Never saw mini owl's paw under the door though, but I am sure she was on the other side wondering what the heck was that paw doing there.

Well, here's an update: Yesterday I took Resident Owl to Mini Owl's room. Held her in my arms and they looked at each other and didn't hiss. All was very cool. I did this 3 times. Didn't want to put Resident Owl down because I didn't want the mini to get spooked. So...if all goes well for a few more days, they'll be able to see each other a little closer. I want a smooth transition, so i am taking it slow. I've been 'swapping' scents between them by petting one and then going to pet the other. Also allowed Resident Owl to go inside Mini's carrier, so that she could sniff her scent.

Mini is super playful! Then again, so is Owlage...so they are both a riot in their own ways.

Tis a good way to introduce the two so that they are not so
alarmed to see each other when that day begins. I only
hope that Star still has some play in her, because
kittens do not tend to understand when to st-
op playing and adult cats can have little p-
atience for continued play for extend-
ed moments in any given period. I
hope that the meeting is a su-
ccessful one when it actu-
alizes. I wish you well

It's good to see that they seem to be getting used to each other.
