I'm occasionally messing around with Skyrim (got tired of my mage, made a sneak-archery-light armour character) and Amalur (Finesse-Sorcery) yet, and also got beta access to Path of Exile, which is a Diablo-like F2P game on the horizon that's alright.

Mass Effect 3. Every bit as epic so far as I expected it to be. Though now I wish I got all the DLC for ME2 since everything got imported into ME3 when I started Interesting to see how past decisions are having their effect now, though.

If they keep taking the controller from you, sis... then you need
a child-proof tent to play in (laughs) or a clown standing besi-
de you. Children are secretly afraid of them, especially if
they smile a lot (laughs). It's hard to keep play time t-
o a minimum with kids, especially once the REALLY
get into a game. Trust me, I was one of them ba-
ck then. Gaming helps to keep one's sanity as l-
ong as limitations are set and the game of yo-
ur choice is one that leaves a good impress-
ion. I'm sorry to hear of your displeasure f-
or FF13 & 13-2. FF13 was way too linear
but at least with 13-2, that time elem-
ent made it somewhat interesting. T-
he battle system is way too easy to
use so mindless gameplay is poss-
ible here depending on the oppo-
nent at the time. You should h-
ave a better experience with
Fable though part 2 is more
enjoyable than the first. I
haven't played 3 yet, so
I cannot comment on i-
t, but I think Roemel-
lo has it. I guess ca-
rpal tunnel has its
advantages, eh?

one setting. One good thi-
ng about this situation is that
they'll end up tiring themselves o-
ut quicker which works well to your a-
dvantage (maniacal laughs). Congratulat-
ions on acquiring Skyrim, Nakor! How far ha-
ve you gotten at this point? I still haven't played
it in some time, so I'm still at level 49. I'm sure you-
may have completed it by now (laughs). Have you come
across any odd moments so far? Speaking of F2P games, h-
ave you heard of Starhawk? I'll post a video of it in a separate
post. That's great that you've gotten Mass Effect 3 Reomello! That
is why I haven't gotten or played it yet. I still haven't finished part 2 as
of this moment. Even with 2, I haven't completed the downloadable quests
or even purchased them for that matter (laughs). This gives players the incen-
tive to pick up parts 1 and 2 to replay certain missions or segments to see how th-
ese consequences affect parts of the story in 3. I doubt that I'll get the opportunity fo-
r this, so I've gone back to classic gaming on my PSP. I'm playing Battle of Olympus for now.

I've gone through the main quest in Skyrim, but am not as heavily levelled as you apparently are lol. My archer is only lvl 33, with Archery 82, Light Armour 53, Sneak 65. Most of the levels come from having maxed Smithing.

I haven't actually played it since my last post lol. I've been busy, and what little free time I've had I spent with Amalur instead. It's much more fun combat, a lot more action-focused. The questing can be a grind in some areas, but the main storyline is solid, and any game where I can use chakrams as my main weapon gets bonus points lol. Also, it's a rather easy game, which is a downside, but it does mean you really don't have to grind much/at all. Levels come fairly regularly in any case.

Well, at least you've had the enjoyment of going through the main
quest. At the rate that I'm playing, Skyrim's sequel will arrive b-
efore I'm completed with the original (laughs). Amalur soun-
ds like the type of game you can pick up and play withou-
t having to worry much of preparation which is good s-
ometimes. I know that I don't always want to grind
for hours or dedicate myself to an expansive wo-
rld of infinite possibilities. Instant gratificati-
on is rewarding as well since it keeps the m-
ood at an even level. Very therapeutic. A-
s for myself, I've been playing classic t-
itles... mostly on the Genesis and N-
ES, rather from the PSP that I've
been given. In particular, just
tried a bit of Earthworm Ji-
m 1 and 2 and prior to t-
hat, I've been jumpin-
g into a bit of Cast-
levania 3... the o-
nly one of the o-
riginal trilogy
that I've ye-
t to conc-
lude. B-

since it's one skill tha-
t I've completely ignored.

I've been going through the Mass Effect series again. Finished part 1 last week and started up part 2 this week. Going through it as more of a balanced character instead of a full paragon.... a Sheperd with a conscience, but a defiant edge. And going through all the DLC I missed in part 2... probably due to too many new games plaguing my time at the time

It's good that you're able to revisit the Mass Effect universe
starting from the original 2. I would like to, but I'm well
in over my head right now, especially since I was abl-
e to acquire a Vita and a few games along with X-
enoblade Chronicles. I'm not sure when I'll get
into the latter, but I'm going to give the V-
ita a try in a few. One thing that I've r-
ead about before purchasing that I
wasn't a fan of is that it's ESSE-
NTIAL to get a memory stick
for this system, because
most games won't eve-
n play without one
which is a sham-
e because it s-
imply means
that Sony
is selli-
ng i-
t's cus-
tomers a
car without
tires and claim-
ing they're getting
a good sale. This was
they're strategy to keep
costs down for an attractiv-
e price point (laughs). I had a l-
ot of credit that I used on it, so I d-
idn't mind... but it's sad that Sony coul-
dn't sell the system for more and bundle it
with a free memory stick (not just the first bu-
ndle). Anyway, I'll plan to try it out any minute now.
Another reason I purchased one was to take advantage
of a promotion that offered a free game and case with the
system. Not quite the first bundle... but close enough though.

From my short time playing the Vita, I'm impressed
by the 5 inch screen and its vibrancy. I'm also p-
leased with the customization options avail-
able to personalize the system for its ow-
ners. The connectivity between it and
the PS3 including Remote-play are
nice additions too. I haven't re-
ally gotten too far into the g-
ames that I own just yet,
but I plan to maybe to-
morrow at some po-

I'm glad that I was able to get the art bo-
ok for Xenoblade. I had a hard time getting
it since I originally didn't pre-order the game a-

es... well, whenever I can (laughs). No more games for me:
