Ever walk into the wrong bathroom?

Post by Shawn »

I have done this one time and 2 ladies walked in,I had just finished doing my business and was about to open the stall door.I jumped up on the toilet real fast and waited for them to leave. Then I had to sneak out without being seen.LOL
I was lucky that day.

 It can happen easily at malls, where the two bathrooms are back to back and look almost identical!

I once had to use a women's washroom. I stopped at a gas station, and had to go real bad, but the attendant had given me the key for the women's room by mistake, so rather than soil myself, I had no choice

One thing I remember about that day was the toilet was oddly shaped in that it came to a point in the front, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what that was for ?

 You should have asked for the key to the men's bathroom too and compared shapes! :mwaha:

I have walked into the wrong bathroom once, and like Ingrid, I walked out real fast after seeing the urinals.

Yeah, I'm guilty of the "walk in, quickly walk out" phenomenon also. It's a lot easier to tell when the urinals are staring you in the face. :p But I've noticed that the men's bathroom always has a lot more paper towels than the women's bathroom...not too hard to figure out why, but it's aggravating that the women's rooms run out so fast. I've had to sneak into the men's before just to grab some. A lot of those hand-dryer things aren't really effective. :o

Ya those dryers that are suppose to save the enviroment.People just don't see it.It takes electricity to run that you may save a tree but what makes it any better using electricity.Whatever happened to the paper towel things that was actually a roll of towels that you had to pull and spin it around to fdry your hands on?

those urinals are a dead give away, it's easier for women to tell they're in the wrong bathroom if it ever happens. that being said i have never made the mistake of using the wrong restroom before.

on a semi-related note: the dorm floor i live in used to be a women's floor, so we have a women's bathroom, and there's a few toilets in them that have no seats. what is up with that?

Last time I walked into the wrong bathroom was at a bar in Old Sacramento (California). No I wasn't drunk. The bar owner, in their twisted sense of humor, arranged the Men/Women signs in a way that would confuse someone that was never there before. So I see the Men's room sign, walk in, No urinals and feminine hygeine product dispensers, So, QUICKLY I make an about face, go to the other bathroom, the one with the "womens" sign, inside I saw the Urinals and thought to myself "home free".

And Im goin with some hesitation
You know that I can surely see
That I dont want to get caught up in any of that

I had a unique experience the time I walked into the wrong restroom.

When I was a teenager, my cousin admitted himself to a detox alcoholic program in a nearby hospital. They allowed visitors on family day and I went to visit him. I walked into the clearly marked "Women's" restroom. While I was sitting there, two men came in, very loudly talking, did their business and left and I was very puzzled. After I told my cousin he said, oh yeah, they changed that into a men's bathroom. Well it might have helped if they changed the sign on the door for those of us not in the know.

I don't recall ever accidentally walking into the women's bathroom, actually. I've walked towards the wrong door a whole bunch of times in places I'm not familiar with, but always managed to notice the sign somehow before I ever opened the door. Lucky! :p

nono, it's like a normal shaped toilet, but not. i couldn't seem to find a picture myself. i mean as far as a bowl it's got one, but the rim is shaped differently.
