I wonder if Da Queen's ever been to Cedar Point? It shouldn't be too long of a drive from the Chicago area. I could see driving there on a Friday afternoon, spending the weekend, and then going back on Sunday night. <

^_^ yay. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. I've only been on one rollarcaoster in my life and it was in the West Edmonton Mall. Anybody know about it? Galaxy Land I think the name of the joint is. Theres soo many rides in there. Its awesome.<

Largest indoor coaster in the world, huh? W00tness. I wonder how big it is? Millenium Force at Cedar Point held the records for fastest (93 mph), tallest (310'), and steepest drop (83 degrees) coaster in the world when it was built in 2000. I don't think it holds either of those now (a different Cedar Point coaster, Top Thrill Dragster, holds the speed record ), but it still ownz the living crap out of you. Especially when you sit in the front like I did both times I've been on it. <

Top Thrill Dragster can't possibly lose the steepness record because it's as steep as a coaster can get - 90 degrees. It's completely perpendicular to the ground, so any other coaster can only it. Ph33r coaster insanity. <

Yeah the front is crazy! The back just feels like your being winged around a lot. Both are awesome feelings depending on your preference. <

Well, you'd definitely love Cedar Point, then. They just started doing some thing not that long ago where you can get your hand stamped for a ride during about a 15-minute period earlier in the day and then go back to the ride at the designated time and go right to the front of the line. Sweet, eh? <

I think they've lost the record, since there's a coaster that's been built which has a true 90 degree straight vertical drop, not a twisty drop like Dragster.
