Considering that the Senators are bankrupt, I think they are a likely choice..

A billionaire just bought them, so my money says they stay...my guess is that if the NHL can keep from going into a lockout or a strike, they will save all 30 franchises; otherwise the Sa
es, Penguins, and perhaps a franchise like the Flames or Oilers may be in trouble.

I hope the Blackhawks don't end up falling into that category!

In a market like Chicago, and with as much history as the Blackhawks have, I don't see them going out of business. However, they need an owner that's as concerned with winning as he is about making money, unlike the ja

Yeah...I agree. Someone that will balance both goals!

And it isn't like it can't be done...a franchise like the Yankees in baseball or the Spurs in basketball does both. For that matter, I can't picture a franchise like the Wild losing money, as little as they spend on payroll. When an owner doesn't care about winning and only cares about making as much money as possible, the people supporing him get screwed. Frankly in a lot of cases I have to ask why people tolerate it...especially when they know full well it's going on.
