It seems that with the Colonial Golf event in two weeks, there is a lot of controversy about Annika Sorenstam playing in it. Some golfers are saying she doesn't belong playing with the men and others don't think much about it.<

Re: Annika Sorenstam: Your opinion?
Personally, I don't know anything about this, or read anything about it, but if she's invited, what's all the fuss about?<

>And that golf club that is for men only that there was some big to do about a little while ago? Come on, it's 2003 for crying out loud, not 1940 where the women stay home and cook and the men are the only ones who earn money and can have a say. Sheesh. I don't understand how it's managed to stay men only without some legal action, I really don't. I'd love to hear more about it though, if y'all have more info.<

Re: Annika Sorenstam: Your opinion?
She was invited, after all...personally I want to see her compete with some of the men. She's probably going to beat quite a few (not the elites, though...no man or woman could beat Tiger Woods right now. Though I am looking at that Michelle Wie...she looks really good and might compete with Tiger, and if Annika gets her foot in the door for Wie, then I am all for this.)
