That was an enjoyable title, BDunn! Welcome back
by the way! I think I still own the art book tha-
t came along with it that featured plenty
of illustrations of every credible Me-
gaman title created for the tim-
e such as the original Mega-
man and every other M-
ega game leading u-
p to 8! I never r-
eally made m-
uch progre-
ss in the
game:

(though...)

I too found it more of a challenge initially,
but I didn't spend too much time wit-
h it since then. My hope is to g-
et back into gaming, and I
guess the start will be-
gin now with my l-
atest gaming
acquisit-
ion!

Forgive the fuzziness of this one (laughs)...

Right now been floating between Smackdown vs Raw 2011 and Fallout: New Vegas. The latter of which I'm happy to say I haven't run into any major bugs with! *knocks on wood* :uhoh:  Whenever I finish with Fallout, I'll be onto Fable 3 and then Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Games I got all in advance, but not touching until I finish each title in turn.

On my second playthrough of Fallout: New Vegas, as well as spending time in the now open beta of World of Tanks, as well as roaming around in Silent Hunter 3: Grey Wolves.

And to think that I haven't even sta-

Fable 3 and Smackdown vs Raw 2011... the latter I'll probably be playing regularly until next years title thanks to the new Universe mode.

I know what you mean in terms of the depth
of the Universe mode on SvR 2011, bec-
ause with the constant updates and
variation which take place durin-
g ones time with this mode i-
n my opinion, it's possible
to devote enough time
here to neglect othe-
r titles! I have to
get into it mys-
lf, especially
since I've
alread-
y ac-
complis-
hed most of
what I wanted to
in MvC3, though I st-
ill have the following gam-
es that I got for the holiday to
make some degree of progress in:

-Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (360)
-Dragonball Z Raging Blast 2 (360)
-Call of Duty: Black Ops (360)
-NBA 2K11 (360)
-Borderlands: GOTY Edition (360)

Not to mention the
older games th-
at I have ye-
t to even
touch s-
uch a-
s th-
es-
e:

-Fallout 3 (360)
-Just Cause 2 (360)
-Assassin's Creed 2 (360)
-Punchout (Wii)
-Infamous 1 & 2

Exactly... the Universe mode is really what I've wanted from a wrestling title from the start, but they never got it right! And this year they even got the downloadable CAW system perfected as now you can edit what you download. Hated that about last years title. You could download, but couldn't change the entrance themes or anything, but now everything's editable! My universe got the best of every generation in WWE, WCW and ECW all mashed into one

After a couple seasons though, the addiction is wearing... but only because I've fallen addicted to Fable 3 :gamer:

Whoa! I knew not that the CAW structure has been
revamped! Now THAT gives this game that mu-
ch more of a redeemable appeal in my opin-
ion! I'll have to try it out one day, becau-
se this was yet another issue I've had
with last year's version and I've re-
ad that numerous other gamers
shared my disgust regarding
that decision by THQ/Yuk-
es. Thanks for the infor-
mation, Roemello! So
you've returned to
Fable 3, eh? Wa-
s it New Vega-
s that rekin-
dled your
intere-
st at
all?

I
just
comple-
ted the Le-
gend of Zelda

in the process of pla-
ying Rygar of all games.

I think if I had all my emulation on PSP, I'd highly likely be on it a lot more myself! I gotta find out how to pull that whole deal off one of these days.

But yup! They finally got everything right this year... at least right by me :p The other modes and such are pretty much the same standard stuff... Road to Wrestlemania is nothing to scream about, but if ya like kinda role playing out your own Universe, it has lasting appeal. Only thing is, you can't set up your own title matches. The system sets them up based on who you basically 'push' with victories climbing the ladder and leading up to the PPV's.

As for Fable 3... I just started it actually. I got all these games last year when they came out, but never played them. I was enthralled in myplayer mode for 2K11.... then when SvsR 2011 came out, I worked on finishing all the modes and unlocking all in that. Then finally got around to Vegas and with that done, now into Fable 3. I'm taking each in turn and holding on new acquisitions in the meantime.. trying to be good with the game buying and averting backlogging

I tried both NBA 2K11 and SVR 2011 yesterday for the first
time even though I had them both in time for the holi-
day (Christmas) and was pleasantly surprised by b-
oth by way of improvements from the previou-
s year... and I haven't even gotten into My-
Player or WWE Universe modes yet. I th-
ought Fable 3 had an ending which pr-
evented the player from returning
to the wasteland without an ad-
ditional save. Is this true? F-
able 3 is yet another that
I'd like to start eventu-
ally along with num-
erous others suc-
h as COD Blac-
k Ops, but I
want to c-
onclude
COD:
Mo-
dern W-
arfare 2 be-
fore starting th-
at one, then there's:

-Assassin's Creed
-Assassin's Creed 2
-Assassin's Creed 3 Brotherhood
-Ninja Gaiden 2
-Red Dead Redemption
-Just Cause 2
-Borderland
-Left 4 Dead 2

(and many more...)

:bonk:

A-
t lea-
st I sta-
rted playin-
g again though.

I am hacking my way through Dragon Age II. I am not quite sure how I feel about it though. I feel mixed. I like it, but I am disappointed. The game feels...I dunno, like it was rushed. It's very pretty, but the gameplay feels very half-assed. Dragon Age Origins wasn't broken. Why did they try to fix it?

I guess if I had EA breathing down my neck, I'd drop the ball too. =/
