At the rate you're going, I'm certain you'll
have no problem besting Final Fantas-
y XIII ahead of schedule (laughs)!!
Although I really would like to
own Conviction, I'm takin-
g a step toward a direc-
tion which may be un-
expected. What ha-
s my attention n-
ow oddly enou-
gh is Endles-
s Ocean 2
for the
Wii.

(really!)

It
remi-
nds me o-
f Ecco the Do-
lphin (the 3D ver-
sion) but can be play-
ed at the gamer's pace.
So if you want to spend the
time admiring aquatic life, you
could. And there are many distrac-
tions via alternative activities that o-
ne can partake in. I ignored the original,
but after learning the additions available fo-
r this sequel, I'm interested! Right now, just go-
ing to make some progress in Just Cause 2 which is
proving to be much more fun than I initially imagined.

Actually, I'm not sure I will finish in time the way this thing's going! It's like the energizer bunny going on and on and on  But I do rather like that. Far more often games are so quickly and easily finished, so a nice long one that takes a while to finish is a welcome change of pace

I'm still waiting on my backordered PS3.

FF XIII looks so lonely on my desk. ;_;

I've already started playing
Just Cause 2 (little pro-
gress though) becau-
se I've had it sinc-
e last week, bu-
t I just picke-
d up Ocean
Blue 2 W-
ednesd-
ay. I
wo-
uld re-
commend
Ocean Blue 2
to anyone who c-
an appreciate slowe-
r paced game or even j-
ust so happens to be a non-
gamer because you can play it
at your own pace whether you on-
ly wish to explore the aquatic life an-
d photograph them at your leisure or wo-
uld like to delve into the store. Throughout
the adventure, you'll travel numerous seas, eac-
h with varying marine-life from different species o-
f fish to whales and more. It's a nice change of pace fr-
om the frantic pace of gaming these days. There's even a-
n option to go online with another person and explore the se-
as together while communicating via Wii-speak. It's sold with a-
nd without the mic accessory and only costs $29.99. I really like it.

progres-
s, hu-
h?

H-
opef-
ully it w-
ill arrive b-
efore the hol-
iday. I hope so!

Just finished the DragonAge DLC, "The Awakening" having taken a break from FFXIII... the end boss is ridiculously CHEAP! I hate one hit kills... especially in long drawn out battles like that. Probably go back to it eventually, but for now.... "Orphan" can stay orphaned  :p

I'm posting the pics I'm taking in AC:CF at http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v115/TStodden/AC-CF/ for general viewing... So far, there's only 1 pic, but it'll eventually grow.

Congrats on picking up those games, Tstodden ;) I don't play ACCF anymore, but it lasted me a good year. I stuck with the Christmas themed furniture on my upper floor for most of my time playing. I think I still have my pictures saved on my SD card, somewhere.

I got hold of the Mega Man 10 DLC yesterday...

*may be somewhat spoilers below*

Bass mode was exactly like what the video leaks looked like, but something I don't think was found before was the fact that Bass appears on the title screen as well. As for the Special Stage (1), it's a tribute to Dr. Wily's Revenge for Game Boy: the level design takes sections from the Wily stages in the game (mostly the first one), and the level art is taken from the second one. The boss is Enker, from the same game. The level isn't too difficult, but I find Enker to be a pain. Mega Man gets his weapon if you defeat him, though.

I just downloaded the Orange Box from Steam and have begun playing Half- Life 2. Man am I really enjoying it. The first PC video game I played was Half Life and I don't know what took me so long,
but I gotta say that 2 is a fantastic follow up to the original masterpiece. I also have Fallout 3 but it may be awhile before I start that....

Smart move holding off on Fallout 3... once you begin that one, there's no turning back to anything else :gamer: In fact, I just started anew playing it again myself!
