What are you playing right now?
Re: What are you playing right now?
Got my freebie Guitar Hero Van Halen Saturday, so been playing through that. The playlist on it blows GH5 away, so now I feel like the buy wasn't a total waste getting this for free
Now I got three weeks in a row I gotta get ready for new titles... Brutal Legend this week, Smackdown vs Raw 2010 the following week and then DJ Hero the week after that
I know Uncharted 2 will be out, too, but I never even finished the first one yet
And with the titles I'm getting, I probably won't get to it for a long while, so that one I'll hold off on til I actually need something new to play

I wanted to get Brutal Legend, but it
appears as though I am not prep-

has risen... so maybe an-
other time. For now, I
will have to get rea-

Re: What are you playing right now?
Brutal Legend is hilariously fun... especially if ya know enough of the metal genre and get all the references and anti-hair bands, nu-metal, etc. stuff. I'll get in what time I can with this before SvsR comes next week... then I'll be hooked on that and end up halting both for a while when DJ Hero comes out and takes all my time

Re: What are you playing right now?
I too was considering DJ Hero, and I just may
actually purchase the title. I heard of Bru-
tal Legend paying plenty of homage t-
o classic metal and rock... and no-
t just in the song selection eit-
her. I still want to invest in
it, though I'll have to wa-
it since Tekken 6 will
be appearing next
week in my are-

be pla-
ying this:
Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 (featuring ECW)...

Re: What are you playing right now?
I'm not really into that style of fighting game anymore, so Tekken's nothing I'll be getting, but that's a great controller it came with for that!!! I'd actually enjoy playing a Street Fighter game with something like that... just for the novelty
As for myself... all about SvsR 2010 til DJ Hero Tuesday!

Re: What are you playing right now?
I'm sure you're enjoying Smackdown vs Raw 2010
as I type (laughs). The customization options
that are offered to those interested astou-
nds! You can even download other peop-
le's created wrestlers, though only co-
smetically (no move set, intros an-
d the like). It's a start I suppose
though. I'm currently juggling
Tekken 6, Smackdown vs R-
aw 2010, Uncharted 2, Ki-
gdom Hearts (DS) and e-
ven Scribblenauts. I al-
so finally got into Bi-
onic Commando a
bit. Not a great
sense of prog-
ress, but it's
something
(laughs).
I want-
ed D-
J Hero
as well, b-
ut I may hav-
e to wait for it.
DJ Hero is not co-
ming out early over
here as previous gam-
es that I recently invest-
ed in has. I actually opene-
d the box to Rock Band 2 (ye-
s! Now I just have to start play-
ing Fallout 3 and I'll be a gamer a-
gain... laughs). That's another title
that I'll have to get into once more. T-
hen there's Fable 2 and even Mass Effec-
t (the DLC which I have not gotten into yet).

Re: What are you playing right now?
Still on SvsR 2010 working over unlocking everything... then I'll start jumping into the storyboard mode thing. Of course, that'll be on the side as I got DJ Hero today to toy with! And unlike Guitar Hero, there's no learning curve for me with this one... right out the box, I'm already mixing hard & expert modes
Haven't perfected the format yet, but I'll get there as I go

Re: What are you playing right now?
Congratulations on acquiring DJ Hero, Roemello! I
played Castlevania: Symphony of the NIght on
my PSP yesterday (via Castlevania Chroni-
cles), but I played as Maria (the playa-
ble character from the import ver-
sion which was omitted when
Symphony of the NIght wa-
s first released in the U-
S). I'm already in the
inverted castle, t-
hough I have m-
ore to do in
the origi-
nal ca-
stle.
I
will
probab-
bly get ba-
ck into Tekk-
en 6 and Unchar-
ted 2, but we'll see.
Is DJ Hero THAT easy?

Re: What are you playing right now?
I picked up an early Christmas
present for myself in the for-
m of DJ Hero: Renegade e-
dition. It comes with a c-
ase which can be conv-
erted into a turntab-

Eminem. I
will try t-

Or w-

Re: What are you playing right now?
I didn't think you'd be able to resist for long
And no, it's not really that easy, I just have experience mixing, so I picked right up on playing this out the box. If you have even a basic fundamental knowledge of how a fader works and an instinct for sliding it fast where ya need it as well as scratch techniques, you'll do well. Still takes a lil practice getting used to mixing set formats, but the learning curve is far easier if you're familiar with the peripheral.
Re: What are you playing right now?
Still working through Oblivion.
Finished up the Mages Guild Quests and is now Arch-Mage.
Finished up the Arena quests and is now Grand Champion. I want to leave the Obsessed Fan on the Plains of Oblivion. >.>
Bought all upgrades for Castle Battlehorn and is now working on getting all upgrades for Frostcrag Spire (just two more to go.)
Beat the ever living Holy Hell out of the dungeon and got Mehrune's Razor.
Totally ransacked The Gilded Carafe and Red Diamond Jewelry one night just for the Hell of it.
Did the quest for and obtained Benirus Manor. Next house to buy on my list is Rosethorn Hall.
Been doing random small quests, Fort, and Cave runs to make gold.
Also, my friends are awesome and got me Dragon Age: Origins the Collector's Edition. I'll get it next time I go down Maryland to see them.

Re: What are you playing right now?
I'd say it's safe to say thou hast been consuuuuuuumed by the greatness that is Oblivion
That game had me hooked like no other for quite some time... closest to that so far has been Fallout 3. I'm looking to get Dragon Age myself Thursday hopefully... after watching some video and reading reviews, it looks and sounds amazing!
Til then, playing through more of Republic Heroes

Re: What are you playing right now?
You are making a good deal of progress, Masa! Those
random quests discovered while traveling make f-
or interesting distractions from the main que-
st and you tend to run into some nice loot
as well. Now I feel like getting back in-
to Oblivion (laughs). Actually, I still
do since I didn't finish Knights of
the Nine (one of the better, if
not THE best DLC for Obliv-
ion from what I hear). I
have just finished Un-
charted 2 went bac-
k to the original
Uncharted (ta-
llk about ba-
ss ackwar-

ghs).
I am he-
aring A LOT
of good things
about Dragon Age
and I shouldn't be sur-
prised considering it's fr-
om Bioware, creators of Kni-
ghts of the Old Republic. My ey-
es are on Call of Duty: Modern War-
fare 2 (which is already out in my area,
just not the version I'm looking for). I als-
o want Left 4 Dead 2 and Dragonball: Raging
Blast, but those two may have to wait. Oh, and
then there's Assassin's Creed II. So many choices!!
