OK, so just to test my own theory, I searched "wii pr0n"... and actually got pages with that phrase in the title.

All right, so they weren't actually Wii pr0n. They were pages from back in '06 written by tech geeks who consider looking at the internal hardware of an electronic device like pr0n. It still doesn't change the fact that the first page in the results list for that search is titled "Spanish Wii pr0n".
