Yeah, if you have to choose between those two systems, I'd highly recommend the PS4. Unless ya don't mind waiting 20-30 minutes just to install a game :p And if ya need extra drive space, it's SUPER easy to replace. I got a 2TB kit not long ago with everything needed and replaces in a snap! Even comes with a case to turn it into an external drive... so now I have my old PS4 500GB hooked up to my Wii U and a reasonably spacious 2TB in the PS4 :)

The walker assault thing must've been before I started playing. I've had the game since launch, but didn't start it til after Fallout 4 was complete. Insanely addictive online play.. at least for me having not really gotten into the online multiplayer deal in the past. Sucked at first, but progressively getting better and landing in the top 10 for most match leaderboards and handful of #1 finishes.

And you've never played Super Mario World? The old SNES one?! Good grief man... you're backlogged worst than I thought! Last and current gen is one thing, but you're backlogged into the 90s!

On topic... still playing Battlefront while waiting on the first Fallout DLC. Also got Twilight Princess HD for the Wii U, so into that as well :gamer:

No nooooo! I don't need to wait any longer for games to install (laughs).
I see that both the XBone and the PS4 are released 1TB models,
so that's an option, though those models sell for the price
of the original system or more where I could get 1TB
HDD for less than what these new systems are s-
elling for and install it myself. Yes, the Wii
U definitely needs one (laughs). Did y-
ou hear that the Wii U may soon
be discontinued (or already
have)? It's great that yo-
u're getting better
with Battlefro-
nt. More s-
tages
will be in-
truduced soon
from my understand-
ing. I'll post the link at a d-
ifferent thread when I get the ch-
ance. Yes, I'm backed up for life (laugh-
s). During the Super Mario World era, I was h-
eavily into the Sega Genesis and was just starting
to learn more about the SNES... so my focus wasn't on t-
he launch titles and jumped past them (a few of them). What
do you think about Twilight Princess HD? Was there enough done to
that game to warrant a repurchase? By the way, Hyrule Warriors Legends
for the 3DS is an exact copy of the Wii U version minus the textures and amoun-
t of enemies onscreen but it also features new additions... so since I missed out on th-
e Wii U version (since I don't have a Wii U... laughs), I think I'll try to obtain a co-
py of this iteration. What do you think of Shovel Knight? I was interested in
that game as well and would rather invest in a physical copy for the 3D-
S if possible, though they're getting much more difficult to find in G-
amestop as of this moment for me locally. If a price drop occurs
with the Wii U, I just may invest in one even if the NX is rel-
eased since there are plenty of titles for the Wii U righ-
t now that I'd like to own including: Super Smash B-
ros, Super Mario 3D World, Super Mario Bros U
and Super Luigi U, Mario Kart 8, Super Ma-
rio Maker, The Legend of Zelda Wind
Waker HD, Resident Evil Revela-
tions and Zombi U to name
a few. Right now, I'm st-
ill playing classic N-
ES and GBA titl-
es and still
workin-
g on:

(Super Mario World... but not continuously)

I've picked up Earth Defense Force: Invaders
From Planet Space for the Vita which I
am playing for the moment as we-
ll as Shovel Knight, also for t-
he Vita which I have trie-
d. I've always been c-
urious about the
latter, and I
am a fa-
n of:

Been a while, but yes... the Twilight Princess remake was worth it.. at least to me, but I'm a big Zelda fan, so it doesn't take much  The remastered graphics are nice and I like playing it with the joypad waaaaaaay more than I did with the Wiimote system.

I'm still playing Battlefront quite a bit. Never thought I'd get so hooked on an online multi! Also played through the last two Fallout DLC's and now awaiting Far Harbor. No new acquisitions and don't think there will be for quite some time... happy with what I got at the moment!

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying Twilight Princess still! I thought that
you'd be playing Hyrule Warriors more since there's so much to do in
that game. Then again, because of the type of gameplay, it's diff-
icult to play for extended periods of time without being over-
come with monotony after a while... so breaks from it are
in order when lengthy play is attempted. The Wii-mote
must have made Twilight Princess a challenge to pla-
y thanks to the weariness of the wrists after a wh-
ile with all of the enemies one had to face and
the battle system. Just a simple controller w-
ould work for me. I still haven't played Twi-
light Princess, though I own it (if memor-
y serves me right). I'm finally getting
into Super Mario World... well, the
GBA rendition of it, and wow, w-
hat a lengthy and challenging
quest, especially trying to
get 100% completion. I
would like to get Od-
in Sphere Leifthra-
sir on the Vita, b-
ut I will have t-
o wait until
next wee-
k. Take
care.

Hyrule Warriors I stopped playing after unlocking everything... I already went nuts on that one  Since last post, I finished Far Harbor on Fallout 4, so 100% completion main game and all DLC :gamer: Now taking a break from gaming for the most part aside from Marvel Puzzle Quest on the ipad/iphone... likely jump back into Battlefront once the Bespin DLC hits.

Roemello taking a break from gaming???? Madness!!!
Laughs! I'm surprised you completed all of the
content for both Hyrule Warriors and Fall-
out 4. For the Marvel Puzzle Quest, h-
ave you downloaded all of the ne-
w characters or just those th-
at you have an interest i-
n? I hear it can be ve-
ry addictive. Have
you ever tried
the Mortal
Kombat
IOS g-
am-
e?

:noclue:

(It looks good from what I've seen...)

 Yes, I do take the occasional break... which is a good thing. I get bored with it and my productivity in other areas spikes for a while

As for MPQ... you don't actually download characters, you acquire them via earned tokens and scoring high in story events and pvp events. I've got a squad of 98 characters right now... I've been playing that thing for 962 days (the game tracks that)

Outside of that, still doing the occasional Star Wars Battlefront... just finished all the most recent new Fallout 4 DLC as well, so all caught up there. No new games on the horizon, either... though I do have my pre-order in for the ultra limited NXT Edition of WWE 2K17... gotta have the Nakamura autograph and immediate in-game character :dgrin:

That's dedication concerning MPQ! I've heard how involved
a game it was, but I didn't know there was that much
into it. And the amount of characters as well as
their abilities help to flesh out the title alo-
ng with the battle system. Have you go-
tten all of the DLC for Battlefront?
Was there one stage or mode t-
hat you found more favora-
ble? The roster for WWE
2K17 is looking rathe-
r healthy right no-
w, and as long
as no more
suspens-
ions
take pl-
ace, it cou-
ld be the best
yet. I'll make a se-
parate video of this. I'm
still messing around with the
3DS with Puzzle Swap since a new
puzzle arrive (which I've already finish-
ed) and getting more hats in Find Mii. Aside
from that, I'm getting more Pokemon for my brot-
her in Pokemon Go. I recently acquired enough Magik-
arps to evolve into a Gyarados (level 1751, the highest yet).

Yes, MPQ is insanely involved and madly addictive if you get into it. Worse if you're a Marvel fan and feel a compulsion to collect every character in the game  And don't have all the DLC yet for Battlefront, but only because it all hasn't been released yet! But I do have the season pass, so I will have all of it. Death Star is coming Tuesday I believe, so I'll be back to playing that soon. I've had fun with most modes, but tend to play "Blast" the most... though I'm best at "Fighter Squadron." "Walker Assault" is another good one and had a good bit of fun with everything on the Bespin DLC.

Now in the process of finishing up Nuka World DLC for Fallout 4. Or rather, finishing up the trophy acquisitions... finished the main quest, now just tying up the loose ends and reclaiming my 100% :p

Haven't gotten anything new myself in a long while, but did build my own retro console using a raspberry pi 3. Since that NES classic has turned into nothing more than a scalpers dream console, I just made my own with hundreds upon hundreds of games and more systems than just the NES. So I've just been classic gaming since for the most part!
